UNBEATEN (“we”, “us”), operated by Aniq Ayub, operates the UNBEATEN website and the UNBEATEN app. We built the Services to work without accounts: no registration, no email address, no password, no payment details, and no advertising or analytics trackers of our own.
To show live sports data, the Services load content directly from third parties. When your device requests that content, those providers receive your IP address and standard browser information (as with any website you visit). We send them nothing else. They are:

Each provider processes data under its own privacy policy. We do not control them and receive no personal data from them. A fresh install with no connection plays entirely offline from a bundled snapshot and contacts no provider until it next has a signal.
The Services show non-gambling advertising only. We may serve ads through a third-party advertising network; when we do, ad-related storage stays disabled until you consent through our consent banner, and personalised-ad and gambling categories are not used. We do not knowingly serve gambling, betting, or casino advertising.
Because the data on our boards is pseudonymous, self-chosen and public, the simplest controls are built in: rename yourself before submitting, and clear the app or site data to erase everything local. If you want a leaderboard entry removed and cannot do it yourself, contact us (Section 4) with the display name and board, and we will remove it. If you are in the EU/UK, you may also have rights of access, rectification, erasure and objection under the GDPR; contact us to exercise them. If you are a California resident, we do not sell or share personal information as defined by the CCPA/CPRA.
The Services are not directed at children under 13 (or the higher minimum age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
All connections use HTTPS. Community boards are public and, in this early version, lightly moderated storage. Do not put anything on them you would not say out loud in an arena. We reserve the right to remove any board content at any time.
We set no cookies. The Services use local storage, a cookie-like technology, strictly for functionality you request:

Third-party content providers (Section 1.2) may set their own storage when your device loads their content; consult their policies. Our consent banner lets you acknowledge essential storage; advertising storage does not exist in the current version and would require separate opt-in consent if ever introduced.
UNBEATEN is an independent, fan-made, unofficial sports-entertainment game: a simulation using publicly available MMA statistics. By using the Services you accept these terms.
The Services are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to UFC®, Zuffa LLC, TKO Group Holdings, ESPN, or any fighter named within them. Fighter names, records and statistics are factual, publicly available sports data. All trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to refer to the real-world entities they describe.
All simulations, probabilities and “odds” in the Services are fictional entertainment generated from public statistics. They are not betting advice, financial advice, or a prediction service, and must not be relied on for wagering. We do not show gambling advertising, operate no gambling services, take no bets, and handle no money.
The Services’ code, design, game systems and original text are © 2026 Aniq Ayub (UNBEATEN). You may not resell or misrepresent the Services as your own. Factual sports data is not owned by us.
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy of data, availability of third-party feeds, or preservation of scores and progress. Sports data may be delayed, incomplete or wrong.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the operator of UNBEATEN (Aniq Ayub) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us to use the Services, which is zero.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the Services (including wiping boards at monthly resets) at any time. We may update these terms and the privacy policy; the effective date above will change and continued use constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
